CY 2027 Medicare PFS at OMB

As anticipated from yesterday’s update on the CY 2027 Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) Proposed Rule, the CY 2027 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (PFS) has arrived at the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). This is the last review step before it is publicly released. It is typical for the rule to be posted this early, and we anticipate it will be released on or around July 1.
