CY 2027 Hospital Outpatient Proposed Rule Lands at OMB

The CY 2027 Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) Proposed Rule has arrived at the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). This is the last review step before it is publicly released. It is typical for the rule to be posted this early, and we anticipate it will be released on or around July 1.

The CY 2027 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (PFS) has not yet been posted. These two are generally posted around the same time, so the PFS should be posted in the next few days.
